Yes. Our kids’ self-defence classes are designed for complete beginners as well as children with previous martial arts experience. No prior training is required.

Our programme teaches children how to:

1. Recognise bullying behaviour
2. Set clear boundaries
3. Use confident body language and voice
4. Stay calm under pressure
5. Respond appropriately and safely

This often helps reduce bullying by building confidence and self-belief.

All classes are taught by experienced martial artists and combat sports practitioners who specialise in working with children and young people.
